Product description

Thermowood battens create an open vertical facade with a defined rhythm of light and shadow. The warm brown thermally modified pine retains its natural grain and subtle colour variation between boards. The 28 × 68 mm rectangular profile is installed on a ventilated substructure. Keep consistent gaps between battens and provide airflow and an appropriate weather-protective layer behind the cladding. Use hardware intended for outdoor timber installation. Suitable for residential facades, entrance areas and accent elevations. Exterior exposure gradually changes the timber’s colour. A suitable pigmented exterior oil and regular maintenance help retain the original warm brown appearance.
